New Delhi / Colombo: The Indian team, which starts with a defeat at the hands of Sri Lanka in the first match of the Tri Series, is now in the final of the Tri Series. Last night Shahidul Thakur's spectacular bowling and after that an important partnership between Manish Pandey and Dinesh Karthik, India defeated Sri Lanka by 6 wickets. 

In the fourth match of the tri-series T20 series, India's middle-order batsman Manish Pandey, who played an innings of 42 not out on crucial occasions, said that he wanted to win his team by winning till the end, in which he was successful. 

Sri Lanka set a target of 153 against India, which India lost by losing four wickets in 17.3 overs.

After the match, Pandey said, "While batting at number-5, I thought that I would stay till the end and finish the match. After the first match, our bowlers have made a good comeback and this is why we have them on 152 runs. We did not have much batting after six-seven numbers, so it was good to be partnering with Karthik. " 

Pandey played an important innings of 42 runs in 31 balls with the help of three fours and a six. Fast bowler Shardul Thakur, who took four wickets in this match, was chosen as Man of the Match.
